Jed McCrumb

Jed McCrumb is Senior Partner, Project Management, of the Alliance Management Group, a consulting firm devoted to the formation and management of strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions.  He has been an engineer at Parker Hannifin Corporation, a project manager and project management and R&D executive for Pharmacia and Upjohn Corporation, as well as Vice President of Operations for the US Consumer Healthcare business of Pharmacia Corporation.  In addition to a MS in Accountancy, Jed holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Administration.

With over 30 years of industrial and international business experience, Jed has extensive experience in the development of critical growth strategies involving technology development, sales & marketing, distribution, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and their resulting integration.  He was a key executive involved in the successful development of highly focused organic and inorganic growth strategies including product life cycle planning, merger and acquisition planning, and acquisition integration. 

Jed has managed a wide assortment of organizations and projects.   Project types include new equipment and facilities, relocation of entire business units including the physical move and staffing, merger and acquisition integration, new product development and commercialization, Rx to consumer switches, and business process improvements.  He has led project management, R&D, and supply chain organizations.
